Is the CoreCommerce e-commerce software easy to use?
Yes! We designed the admin panel of CoreCommerce with ease of use in mind. You will find things are where you would expect them to be, and you do not have to do a lot of clicking around to change things in the store.
How easy is it to upgrade my plan if I need to in the future?
You can upgrade and/or downgrade your plan from the admin account section of your store. Call us if you have questions about your current plan.
Can I use my domain name with CoreCommerce?
Yes! If you already have a domain name, or if you need one, either way you can use it with CoreCommerce. All you have to do once you have the domain is point the DNS name servers (or A-Record ip address) we assign to your store.
How long does it take to setup an online store?
Typically, setting up your store does not take long at all. Its mostly a matter of setting up your products, shipping/tax and design. It's possible to launch your store within a few hours, however, most stores are ready to go live within a few weeks.
Can I connect or integrate with Facebook?
Yes, we are fully integrated with Facebook. You can share products inside your Facebook page, allow people to share products with their friends, or even login to their account on your store using their Facebook account.
