At last, i have found a very good hairdresser!! I saw your ad in our local guardian, for the Connecxtion haircut. Great i thought, this is what i have been looking for for ages.In the past i have NEVER been satisfied the the hairdressers i have encountered.My hair is fairly long, but with no no omph (if you know what i mean). So i telephoned the Sutton branch and made an appointment (couple of months back now). I was amazed at the salon it self, had a great shampoo, by a young man( sorry didnt get his name) and was offered a head massage. Then i met Jemma, she spoke me through the connextion cut, and proceeded to do so. I was absolutely delighted with the result. So i will definately be returning to see Jemma, again. I was interested in learning about the Colour Melt Technique, but the effect I was looking for now was not suited to this, so I had highlights. I have naturally blonde hair, but wanted to go ‘baby blonde’ for summer. I had a mix of bleach and two blondes and an overall lifting tint at the end and the result was fantastic. Hi there, as per your inner circle email, i think that the entire team at your Wimbledon salon deserve a lot of praise, i had a haircut there a couple of weeks ago with Amy and she was amazing, i went in with a very vague idea of what i would like done, and she gave me the most amazing haircut and advice on what would look best, but i couldn’t complain about anyone there, my first haircut was last December and was cut by a graduate stylist i believe, and while i cannot remember her names she was also amazing (very short blonde hair, tattoo on her foot) and my mother had a haircut there recently with Tom and was so happy! Please give praise to the entire team, they are all amazing from the reception to hair washing i love them all!

The Canary Wharf salon is a brilliant environment and everyone there makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The staff are friendly and very professional, from the juniors right up to the senior stylists. It may not be as cheap as other salons but you get a far superior service to any other hairdressers in the area. It’s all about the quality which this has in bucket loads!!!

I bleached my hair platinum at a different salon about 5 years ago which caused unimaginable damage to my hair! Through constant care and advice and a long 2 year program, Skyla and her team have got my hair back to its beautiful condition, albeit shorter than usual! Sean Hanna is the salon I chose when my daughter who is a brunette (but had put lots of red in her hair) decided she wanted to go lighter (blonde). She has waist length hair which is in really good condition and I did not want her to ruin her hair by just throwing rubbish on it. I took her to Sean Hanna and explained what she wanted – the advice we received was excellent. She is now much lighter but still not the colour she wants (it will take a while and lots of money no doubt) however, her hair is still in mint condition and the colour is going in the right direction. Kim (she is FAB) has been styling my hair for 2 years now and every visit she always friendly, giving advice on my hair colour or cut. She also looks at making changes every now and then so my hair and colour looks different. Tom (hes great) always comes over and say hello and all the staff are welcoming. With the amount of hairdressing salons in Worcester Park and the surrounding areas the competition is high, but I can honestly say what makes me spend my money with them is their staff and the quality of the haircut and advice. Must mention Haley who is their new receptionist – she has EXCELLENT customer service – she remembers your name, always happy to help, has a first class telephone manner – hold on to her!!!

I had long hair which I wanted chopped for charity, my stylist was very helpful and talked me through it all and measured my hair before I went through with it. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted and was very happy with the result. The cut was perfect and I was very pleased with the blow dry. Jack is an excellent stylist. In six months he has turned my hair from very dry and frizzy with no definte style or shape (the results of a disastrous perm and poor colouring) to hair that has a definite style, lovely colour, good condition and I can style it myself between visits. He is always happy to advise on products and he listens to what you want. All the staff in the Sutton branch are helpful and friendly. They always recognise you when you go in.
